1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FounderM8, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. The Service

FounderM8 is a Google Ads monitoring and alerting tool. We use publicly available data and (at Growth tier) your authorised Google Ads account data to monitor your ad performance and send alerts via WhatsApp. We are a monitoring tool — we do not manage your Google Ads campaigns.

3. Free Check

The free domain scan uses publicly available data (via Semrush and SpyFu). Results are indicative only and should not be relied upon as professional advertising advice.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • You must be 18 or older to use FounderM8
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use FounderM8 to monitor accounts you do not own or have authority over
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data and Privacy

Our use of your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy (founderm8.com.au/privacy). By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Google Ads Data (Growth Tier)

When you connect your Google Ads account, you authorise FounderM8 to read (not modify) your campaign data for monitoring purposes. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. We do not make changes to your campaigns.

8. Disclaimers

FounderM8 provides monitoring and information only — not advertising advice or campaign management. We are not responsible for the performance of your Google Ads campaigns. Results from the free check are indicative only.

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, we exclude all warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
